The history of the company K.J. Elektro.
In October 1984 Kai Jensen established his one-man
business K.J. Teknik & Elektro at his private residence in Nykøbing
Falster. The tasks were sales and service within the fields of electronic and
automatic. The business went well and in 1986 Kai Jensen had 3 employees. The
progress continued and concurrently with an increasing number of jobs the space
at the private residence became too narrow. In 1995 the business consequently
moved to new premises with approx. 700 square meters in the industrial area of
Nykøbing Falster.
In order to ensure its position as an electro business,
the sound electro workshop E. Elektro Aps was taken over in 1998 and all
activities moved to K.J. Teknik & Elektro’s address.
The take over took place without problems and the circle
of customers was enlarged considerably, when a sale of
electric motors, gears, pumps, batteries and spare parts from stock was
established and enlarged to the complete stock for several of the
above-mentioned products it is today.
At the entrance of year 2000 the company changed its name
from K.J. Teknik & Elektro to K.J. Elektro and the number of employees
reached 10. Again the premises are too small and consequently the company is
enlarging the workshop facilities with another 280 square meters at the moment.
Right from the start the company has had a consistent
attitude to the importance of good service and it still has. In the future K.J.
Elektro will seek to deliver not only a better service but also a more
complete service.
The aim is to ensure K.J. Elektro a leading position
on service within the fields of electro,
automatic, electronic and auto electro. The company offers 24 hours service.
The customers are mainly within the industry, contractors,
agriculture, shipping and fishing, repairshops and private persons.
K. J. Elektro offers service and technical support
